Culinary Professionalism

Our chef instructors are amongst the best from the industry with vase amount of experience. We are also one of the few schools in the world that is recognized by WorldChefs (WACS) for offering quality culinary education. We derive from the traditional mentor-apprentice model of learning, and infuse with collaborative style of learning and interactive teaching. To ensure our students make seamless transition into their work environment post-graduation. We offer one year internship at the top establishments in Taiwan, and after their return from internship, students integrate, reflect, and apply their learning through capstone projects. Students will decide on the direction and paths to take upon post-graduation.

“Pop-up Restaurant” Project

In their three years at Kai Ping Culinary School, students will have cumulated learning from different themed topic projects such as field study in farms, holiday celebration, business-running simulation etc. “Pop-up Restaurant” is another capstone project that can greatly demonstrate our PTS teaching approach.
